** What You'll Be Doing as a Weatherization Specialist:*
* + Assisting with on-site energy assessments and installing weatherization materials

+ Maintaining projectdocumentation, tracking inventory, and assisting with warehouse operations

+ Requires adherence to safety protocols and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive homeowner experience throughout the weatherization process

+ Assist with conducting on-site energy assessments and other project activities

+ Install weatherization materials in compliance with retrofitting standards

+ Update and maintain project documentation

+ Track inventory of weatherization materials and supplies used in homes

+ Assist in day-to-day warehouse duties including receiving and storing materials, cleaning trucks, and maintaining the warehouse

+ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing homeowner concerns, responding to inquiries promptly, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the weatherization process

+ Other duties as assigned

+ Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

+ Participate in webinars, demonstrations, and other presentations, as required

+ Strong ability to interact with diverse clients, providing excellent customer service

+ Know how to use basic hand and power tools commonly used in construction

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain detailed records efficiently

+ Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members and contribute to team efforts

+ Dependable transportation, valid driver's license and must possess and maintain a good, insurable driving record

+ Proficiency in basic computer skills; including the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.)

+ High school diploma or GED; additional technical or vocational training in energy auditing, building science, or a related field

+ One year experience in the construction industry

+ Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including standing, walking, bending, sitting, and lifting for extended periods

+ Capable of climbing ladders, crawling in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds

+ Regularly required to talk, listen, and use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls

+ Must be able to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel,and climb stairs

+ Required to operate a vehicle, involving extended periods of sitting, operating vehicle controls, and maintaining focus and attention while driving safely in various weather conditions and traffic situations

+ Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus

+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in an office environment where office and customer service activities occur

+ The employee is required to work regularly at a computer screen

+ Willingness to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and varying weather conditions

+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in various environments, including a warehouse, stores, community settings, and office spaces

+ The employee may spend significant portions of their time driving, which involves exposure to vehicle noise and traffic sounds

+ The work environment may vary in terms of lighting, temperature, and noise level, requiring adaptability and flexibility to accommodate diverse
