A & B techs: $22-40 flat rate per hour, varies by experience and certifications; no cap on hours.

Service Department

Hours:

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 7:00am - 5:00pm. Ideal candidates must be available to work any day/shift.

Busy Service Department with central dispatch, 8 advisors, average 4,000 RO count, 44 bays + 8 quick lube rack, state-of-the-art equipment, heated shop, supportive leadership.

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.

Diagnose cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to safety requirements.

Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.

Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

2+ years automotive repair experience required. ASE and manufacturer certification not required.

Team player focused on exemplary customer service.

Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license in your state of residence.

High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
