We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on Area Manager to join our leadership team at Night Owl Janitorial. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and takes pride in leading teams to deliver exceptional results. As an Area Manager, you’ll oversee several commercial accounts, work directly with managers and cleaning teams, and make sure each building reflects the high standards Night Owl is known for.

You’ll be a key part of our growth, helping shape the way we serve clients across the Treasure Valley.

• Lead and support managers and cleaning teams across multiple accounts.
• Conduct regular building inspections and quality checks.
• Communicate directly with clients and company leadership about building performance and needs.
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and staff coverage are always managed efficiently.
• Step in when needed to assist with shift coverage, new account startups, or client walkthroughs.
• Handle complaints and problem‑solve quickly to maintain client satisfaction.
• Attend monthly management meetings and weekly check‑ins with ownership.
• Help maintain Night Owl’s professional image — wearing the company shirt and setting the example for others.

• 4+ years of janitorial management experience (required)
• Proven ability to manage people, processes, and priorities effectively
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Someone who takes direction well, adapts fast, and can handle multiple moving parts with confidence
