Ready Mix Laborer

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

* Assembly, stripping, and oiling of concrete block forms

* Assist in the maintenance and housekeeping of concrete slab areas

* Help customers with rebar and retail supply orders

* Assure all safety policies are followed to prevent any unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors

* Use of the Telehandler & Skid steer (training available)

Minimum Qualifications:

* Must be motivated and self-starter with the drive to expand job knowledge and skills

* Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining positive interactions with others

* Possess a valid Idaho driver license with a clean record

* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime if needed.
