Custodian

Job Summary

The PPS Company custodian is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all company facilities. They will operate under company guidelines and policies while performing daily custodial activities. These tasks include but are not limited to:

• Collects trash and any loose debris and places into designated containers.
• Clean and sanitize all restrooms.
• Sweeps and mops hard surface floors.
• Vacuums all area rugs, conference room(s), carpeted offices, stairwells.
• Cleans kitchen/breakroom area(s) including counters and floors.
• Dusts and polishes furniture in common areas as needed.
• Use basic cleaning compounds and disinfectants.

• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable form of transportation.
• Works independently with little to no supervision.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Part-time, hourly position

$20-$24/hour DOE with a potential 60 day increase depending on ability.

This position is part-time 30 hours max. Monday-Friday 5:00am start time.

Local travel for this position is required. The custodian will be responsible for visiting all three company buildings. Fuel stipend will be provided.

PPS is a non‑smoking facility. Applicant must be able to furnish a valid US driver's license and have a clean motor vehicle report. Applicant must consent to a pre‑employment criminal background check and potential drug test prior to an offer of employment.
