Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a Facilities Custodian to join their team. As a Facilities Custodian, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: Mon-Fri 3pm
-11:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Monitor building condition and report maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Perform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, or basic troubleshooting
• Maintain floors through waxing, buffing, or carpet cleaning as required

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to safety procedures and standards
