We specialize in professional turnovers, hotel-quality linens, and spotless homes that consistently earn 5-star reviews. Our cleaners are the backbone of that experience - and we treat them like it.

This is W-2 employment - not contract or gig work.

• Professionally clean and reset short-term rental homes between guest stays
• Change and launder linens, remake beds, and restock supplies
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to Host Boise standards
• Perform light deep-cleaning and inventory restocking as needed
• Report damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns
• Manage your time independently to meet check-in deadlines

• Availability between 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM is required
• Some days may start earlier or end later, depending on workload
• Must be able to work most Sundays
• Typical hours:
  20-40 hours/week

• Cleaning assignments start at $16/hour with performance bonuses available after training is complete (around week
  2)
• Most efficient cleaners earn $18-22/hour within their first month
• Top performers earn up to $26/hour

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Physically able to lift, bend, walk stairs, and carry supplies

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling and updates
• Ability to pass a background check
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
