Kisco Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician at The Fitzgerald to maintain the community's buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will ensure safety standards and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more.
Responsibilities include turning around vacants quickly, organizing service requests, and possibly supervising others. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in maintenance are preferred, with weekend availability often required.
