You're a self‑motivated maintenance technician who can manage routine maintenance and repairs across our downtown parking facilities. You'll work with a maintenance crew responsible for cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and general facility maintenance across multiple parking decks and lots, taking ownership of your work area and assigned tasks.
Daily Maintenance- Sweep, pressure wash, and clean parking decks and surfaces (year‑round)
- Operate maintenance equipment: sweepers, pressure washers, gas blowers
- Empty trash, remove debris, basic cleanup
- Paint lines, poles, signage as directed
- Winter: snow/ice removal
- Inspect gates, barriers, and access equipment; report issues
- Basic repairs: replace damaged hardware, light bulbs, fixtures
- Help with barrier and gate arm repairs
- Keep maintenance logs
- 1+ year manual labor, maintenance, janitorial, or grounds work
- High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand/walk long hours, lift 50+ lbs, work in all weather
- Reliable and show up on time
- Any garage, parking, or facilities maintenance experience
- Comfort operating power tools and equipment
- Local knowledge of downtown Boise
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Problem‑solving mindset

- Self‑motivated; can work unsupervised
