Service Master Supervisor

Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to Service Master standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of cleaning principles and team management abilities.

Responsibilities include training cleaners on Service Master's standards, products, processes and procedures, overseeing staff performance and ensuring all assignments are completed in accordance to set task schedule, performing inspections and giving constructive performance feedback to staff members, assigning shifts and making necessary adjustments in case of call off or no shows, responding to customer complaints and requests in a timely and caring manner, ensuring compliance with safety and OSHA regulations, and must be able to communicate in English.

Bilingual is a plus.

Physical demands and qualifications include constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching, must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs., 1-2 years' supervisory experience, the ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must, and contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude.

Compensation: $17.00 - $17.00 per hour
