Floor Technician

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time FLOOR TECHNICIAN.

  Advent Health MC Bolingbrook – 500 Remington Boulevard, Bolingbrook, IL 60440. Online applications only.
• Schedule:
  
  Full time, PM shifts available. Hours and days may vary.
• Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
• Requirements: 2 years of prior floor care experience.

Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.

• Maintain knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and apply proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Apply proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface treatments, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
