2 nd Shift Warehouse Maintenance Technician – Level 1
Weather Tech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Warehouse
Maintenance Technician
- Level 1to perform maintenance and repairs on machines used on the Injection Molding and Thermoforming production process.

- The base hourly rate of pay starts at $23 per hour or more, depending on experience
- Additional compensation: $1.00 per hour 2nd shift differential
- Operate various hand and power tools to perform maintenance work and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and/or robotics components efficiently and in order of priority
- Carry out assigned Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks
- Communicate with prior/oncoming shifts regarding any maintenance priorities and status updates
- Conduct daily maintenance checks and complete daily maintenance tasks
- Operate a computer to maintain data on maintenance and completed repairs
- Train new and existing team members on different functions of the work area to ensure all can perform all tasks properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity
- Perform all job functions in compliance with safety guidelines and company policies/procedures
- Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition while cleaning and maintaining equipment as needed
- Communicate clearly and work as part of a team
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Have at least 2 years of experience performing maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and/or robotics systems; knowledge of Plastics Injection Molding and/or Thermoforming
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a trade school certificate or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance is preferred, not required
- Have basic math, measuring and computer skills
- Be able to read and understand blueprints, schematics and machinery manuals
- Knowledge of machine maintenance related to plastics injection molding and/or thermoforming
- Possess a high degree of attention and be detail-oriented to prevent accidents, injuries, and quality issues
- Have great attendance and punctuality
- Be an excellent performer; deliver high-quality results consistently
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
- Must be able to read, write, and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions in English
- Be authorized to work in the United States
