Two Coast Living is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily property in Bolingbrook, IL. This hands-on role oversees daily maintenance, supervises staff, and coordinates work orders to maintain facilities and resident amenities to company standards.
The position requires 4+ years of maintenance experience, 1+ year supervisory experience, and HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge with EPA certifications preferred. Onsite, day schedule, with on-call rotation and opportunity for growth.
