Gusto Caledon is looking for a confident and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our front‑of‑house leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality skills, hands‑on bartending experience, and a passion for Italian cuisine and elevated dine‑in service.

• Previous restaurant supervisory or lead server experience.
• Full bartending experience required (cocktails, wine, full bar service).
• Italian‑based dine‑in restaurant experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest‑service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy service environment.
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends).
• Smart Serve certification.

• Supervise daily FOH operations and lead the team during service.
• Deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Support staff training and performance.
• Step in for bartending and floor support as needed.
• Handle guest concerns professionally.
• Assist with opening/closing duties.

• Full‑time & part‑time positions available.
• Tip‑earning position.
