Perform HVAC repairs and adjustments, plumbing, light carpentry/construction, appliance repair, groundskeeping and related tasks as part of a maintenance team;
Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to uphold quality maintenance standards at the resort;
Attend morning staff meetings to report daily vendor appointments and required work;
Communicate professionally with other maintenance staff and management on special maintenance projects;
Maintain grounds and common areas, ensure cleanliness and safety; report maintenance concerns to management; conduct irrigation system repairs; move heavy objects and operate maintenance trucks as needed; monitor maintenance inventory and supplies; perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
