Maintenance Technician

Salary: $24.50 - $30.00 per hour, plus monthly bonuses. Full benefits package available.

Schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday, 8 am – 5 pm.

Location:

Renwood Apartment Homes – th Ave E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391.

• 1 year or more of experience in property‑management maintenance, building maintenance, or a related trade.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to use a computer and the property’s tracking systems.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Willingness to comply with all safety regulations.
• Availability to work weekends and non‑traditional holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and crouch as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 + lbs.

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and related systems.
• Complete work orders and prepare units for new residents.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for emergency maintenance.
• Order supplies and keep accurate records.
