Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community's upkeep and value preservation. You will assist with interior and exterior maintenance and act as a customer-service minded team player.
Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor; responsible for safety, preventative work, inspections, and timely handling of service requests. Weekend and after-hours availability for emergencies is expected.
