Maintenance Supervisor will lead the facilities and maintenance team to ensure the cultivation and processing facility operates at full capacity with minimal downtime. This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, implementing preventative maintenance programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing team performance. This role requires availability and communication outside of normal business hours to address emergencies.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders and projects.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee the repair of faulty equipment, systems, and damaged structures.
• Manage and maintain HVAC, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems to guarantee functionality.
• Manage repairs and maintenance of various automated packaging and labeling systems.
• Lead maintenance and preventative maintenance (PM) programs, including development, scheduling, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reporting systems.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment throughout the facility.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff on procedures, safety practices, and equipment use.
