Position Overview
Golden Plains Community Hospital is seeking a full‑time Environmental Service Technician
1. Positions will vary on the starting and ending time but all will be a mixture of days, evenings and weekends. The role supports the mission of the hospital: to provide competent, compassionate and cost‑effective healthcare. The technician may work with a team or alone in a variety of cleaning duties. Responsibilities include maintaining assigned areas in a neat, clean and sanitary condition by following appropriate schedules and utilizing proper procedures.
Entry level pay starts at $12.00. Shift differentials may be available.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- On‑call as needed
