Timekeeper/Maintenance Clerk-Austin Industrial

This position is for a payroll clerk/maintenance clerk. We are looking for someone who is proficient in payroll tasks, such as excel, someone who is detail-oriented and can work individually or in a group setting when needed, as well as someone who has good time management skills. Along with payroll tasks this person will be performing tasks for the maintenance group which include submitting time off requests for the employees, submitting headcount sheets in the morning for accountability, submitting new equipment rental requests, service tickets and refueling calls.

Monitoring all currently rented equipment, ordering materials, keeping records of job number status. Preparing schedule for following week with the help of the foreman's. SAP is a plus, but not a requirement for this position.

Qualifications Required for this Position:

Education – no minimum education requirements

Experience – 2+ years payroll/admin experience preferred.
