Maintenance Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future As a Draft Technician, Borger, you will play a key role in collecting and maintaining drawings and data, and perform additional functions while supporting the Borger Maintenance Engineering Team.
What You'll Do
- Maintain plant Plot Plans and other standard drawings.
- Update Plant Safety Information and P& for the Management of Change process.
- Perform field walks and update inspection Isometric drawings for new projects and maintenance work.
- Perform as-built drawing updates.
- Support document control in the Falcon system.
What You'll Bring – Required
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Beginner or greater proficiency in AUTOCAD.
- Beginner or greater proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Beginner or greater proficiency in Adobe.
What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred
- 3 or more years experience as a drafter.
- Associate's degree in Design or related field.
- Previous direct experience with P&.
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $76,590 – $93,610. At Phillips 66, we are committed to pay transparency and competitive, equitable compensation. Each role is assigned a salary grade with a defined pay range, benchmarked against industry peers. Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role's requirements.

The Borger Refinery is located in Borger, Texas, in the Texas Panhandle, approximately 50 miles north of Amarillo, Texas. Refinery facilities include crude distilling, naphtha reforming, fluid catalytic cracking, alkylation, hydrodesulfurization and delayed coking units. The refinery processes primarily medium sour crude oil produced locally, and heavy sour crude oil produced in Canada, all of which are delivered by pipeline. Borger produces a high percentage of transportation fuels, as well as petroleum coke, NGLs and solvents.
Refined products are distributed to customers via pipelines from the refinery to West Texas, New Mexico, Colorado and the Midcontinent region.
