Overnight Public Area Attendant – The Service Companies

Compensation: $12.50/hour

Must have a great personality and maintain excellent communication skills.

• Mops, sweeps, strips, grinds and polishes marble floors.
• Vacuum carpets.
• Clean public restrooms.
• Clean ground-level windows.
• Smiles and is friendly when interacting with coworkers, guests, and property employees.
• Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures.
• Asks supervisor or other employees for help when needed.
• Opens to coaching and feedback; makes improvement.
• Works weekends and holidays.
• Acts as a role model to other The Service Companies employees.

• Comprehensive hands‑on training (experience preferred but not required).
• Clear advancement opportunities into lead or supervisory roles.
• Ongoing skills training (guest service, safety, equipment use) and performance coaching.

• Reliable, punctual, and customer‑service oriented.
• Team player who follows instructions and safety procedures.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Comfortable with technology used for scheduling/clocking in.
• Ability to work with cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Ability to perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
