• Maintain a clean and safe storage facility, ensuring condition meets company guidelines (lighting, landscaping, parking, paving, fence walls, doors, painting).
• Keep the appearance of the building and property tidy by sweeping hallways, stairs, and storage spaces, including restroom areas.
• Clean vacated units in a timely manner and prepare units for future rentals.
• Report maintenance requirements, potential equipment failures and unsafe conditions to management.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections; confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are ready to rent.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate and interact professionally with teammates and customers.
• Make basic repairs; use handheld tools and equipment.

• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Frequent standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing, or balancing on a ladder.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• May need to travel daily to and from other facilities as directed.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

$17.02 - $18.44 per hour depending on experience plus bonus opportunities.
