Inspect assigned areas on a routine basis and perform necessary maintenance to keep the facility in functioning and serviceable condition;
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures;
Repair and maintain various fixtures and hardware, including doors, windows, minor appliances, and office equipment;
Report any major maintenance needs and recommend corrective actions
