Position Overview
Onsite working arrangement at Boston, MA.
Responsibilities- Vacuum and clean out the reflecting pool, pool troughs, and sump pits.
- Clean light fixtures, exterior furniture, and masonry as needed.
- Set up and secure outside furniture.
- Maintain and water exterior planters.
- Inspect light fixtures and replace lamps as necessary.
- Deliver water bottles, handle confidential trash, move office furniture, lift and move materials, pick up and deliver material and/or people within the site and away from the site.
- Prepare rooms and set up furniture for meetings and events.
- Complete minor carpentry requests and repairs associated with furniture, office workstations, and wall displays.
- Use site vehicles (pickup truck, utility carts) both on and off the site property.
- Provide ongoing assistance and support to the team in all aspects of site operation and maintenance.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in building/property maintenance.
- Experience with painting, drywall, and light carpentry/construction projects.
- Carpentry experience is preferred.
Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $18.61/hour to $33.65/hour. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
