Motivate is seeking seasonal Bike Mechanics in Boston to assist with bike assembly, maintenance, and repairs during the busy riding season. You'll work indoors in our depot and may need to travel outdoors throughout our network.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends. Strong commitment to safety is essential, as well as the ability to lift to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
