We are a skilled nursing facility that offers a wide range of services that cater to both seniors who require long‑term care, as well as short‑term rehabilitation programs. Your role is pivotal in ensuring all residents and staff are in a safe and well‑maintained environment.
Job Description- Full‑time maintenance director position
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Knowledge of hand tools, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, fire systems, HVAC
- Hands‑on manager
- Ability to manage staff, budget, and vendors
- Experience in the Long‑Term Care setting is a plus
- Experience with DPH survey, life safety, emergency management
Full‑time
