No experience necessary for the right person with a great attitude and attention to detail.

  Alongside cleaning windows, you’ll introduce customers to other valuable Sparkle Squad services — so a strong people-first mindset is a must.

  Cleaning windows isn’t rocket science, but it still presents interesting puzzles that require thinking on your feet.
• Excited to work outside with great coworkers each day.
• Typical schedule:
  
  8am–4PM Mon–Fri, starting from our Roslindale office.
• Valid driver’s license, willing to undergo a background check.
• Comfortable with occasional ladder work.

• Window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs as a member of a two-person crew using safe, best-in-class technology.
• Provide exceptional service and memorable moments for your customers.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Grow the business by offering additional services, hanging door hangers, and representing Sparkle Squad in the community.

• $22/hr wage, paid weekly.
• Part-time hours, ranging from 25-40 hours per week, with potential for overtime. We re a seasonal business and close most operations in winter.
• Bonus pay, including tips for customer reviews, and 10% commission on additional services purchased on your recommendation.
• Paid training.
