• Be the Heart of the Building: keep common areas clean, assist with move-ins, and help maintain high standards to keep the community clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Schedule:
  
  Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.
• Grounds & Common Areas: sweep sidewalks, terraces, lobbies, and hallways; empty trash and recycling; respond quickly to spills or safety hazards.
• Cleaning & Detailing: clean and polish floors, glass, mirrors, brass, and woodwork; perform deep cleaning as needed (carpet cleaning, grout scrubbing, waxing floors); maintain the laundry room, fitness center, and management offices; report damage or safety issues to the Resident Manager.
• Building Maintenance Support: clean stairwells, service areas, and the compactor room; change light bulbs; help prepare units for new residents; use building systems to log tasks and report issues.
• Special Projects & Events: help set up and clean shared spaces like lounges, rooftops, and gyms; support events and gatherings with logistics and cleanup; keep spaces welcoming and refreshed.
• Sustainability & Safety: keep elevators, trash rooms, and amenity areas clean and odor-free; support recycling and compost programs; perform scent and cleanliness checks; participate in team meetings and be open to cross-training.

• $19.00 / hour

• A strong work ethic and a helpful attitude.
• Experience in janitorial, porter, or cleaning roles is a plus.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all seasons.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift.
• High attention to detail and pride in cleanliness.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
