Maintain and repair equipment through a system of preventative maintenance and routine inspection to monitor equipment status and ensure its reliability;
Make a daily tour at the beginning of each workday to monitor the status of all systems;
Perform preventative maintenance tasks with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness;
Respond in a timely manner to emergencies in the Hospital or any building on the Hospital campus to minimize threat of damage or injury;
Respond during off-hours to calls regarding equipment failure
