The Maintenance Technician will join a team of housing professionals for our Allston/Brighton Portfolio. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and custodial duties.

The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred. Must be available to participate in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal. A valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Salary: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
