Maintenance Manager
Oversee, manage, and direct all maintenance procedures and operations. Monitor downtime and output performance of equipment. Maintain plant equipment to OEM standards. Provide support and guidance for ensuring all plant equipment are in good repair and meeting production requirements. Maintain, prioritize, and schedule technician assignments and project work. Root cause failure analysis. Develop and order material as appropriate. Prioritize safety while maintaining Lockout Tagout programs, Hot Work permitting.
Document information as required for CMMS ie. PO, WO, PM. Manage third-party equipment vendors.
Qualifications:
5+ years relevant experience in equipment maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical distribution and controls in an industrial setting.
Knowledge of plumbing, pneumatics, and facilities maintenance.
Electrical control skills.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, electrical and pneumatic drawings, safety rules, operations manuals.
Knowledge of CMMS, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
