Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant – Velo Forest Hills Apartment Homes (a premier class‑A 250‑unit mid‑rise community located in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood near the MBTA Orange Line station – just a few stops from downtown Boston) – Boston, MA

• Ensure the property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
• Assist in lawn and landscape maintenance, including repair and adjustment of sprinklers.
• Remove snow from walkways.
• Assist maintenance team members with apartment make‑readies, including painting and touch‑up.
• Deliver superior customer service and exemplify professionalism at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation required.

• Substantial discount on rent (certain restrictions apply) – 20% standard discount, 35% for on‑call team members, 40% for on‑call team members after 3 years of service.
• Shoe stipend – twice per year we will reimburse a maximum of $125.
• Uniforms provided – new uniforms ordered twice per year.
• On‑call bonus (if applicable) – $100 bonus per week of scheduled on‑call duty.
• Quarterly service bonus – earn up to 6% of your salary based on performance, paid quarterly.

Pay Range: $18.30 – $19.75 per hour. This range is approximate; actual pay may vary based on factors such as experience, education, training, credentials, and other qualifications.
