C&W Services - - Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, maintain and repair base building HVAC systems to ensure tenant comfort;
Own the Work Order process from start to finish using Angus CMMS and ensure timely closure;
Maintain and monitor BAS/EMS (Siemens Insight/Desigo) and maintain building setpoints;
Collaborate with facilities management, engineers, contractors to ensure HVAC systems meet design specifications and resolve punch list items;
Maintain preventive maintenance programs and provide exceptional customer service to tenants
