Perform routine and emergency maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and general building repairs;
Operate automation systems including EMS, BMS, and PLCs and understand sequences for proper operation;
Coordinate with cross-departmental stakeholders and oversee facilities operations team training and performance;
Oversee planning and execution of critical site projects, coordinating with subcontractor PMs for safety, scope, schedule, and budget;
On-call responsibilities on a rotating basis to cover off-hour emergencies
