Perform general building repairs that do not require a specialized trade license, including painting, basic carpentry, light plumbing/bathroom repairs, door and hardware repair;
Inspect facilities, equipment, and surfaces to identify maintenance, repair, or replacement needs;
Maintains the general cleanliness and appearance of assigned spaces; cleans areas via vacuuming and mopping;
Restocks supplies and manage utility/janitor closets; assist in organizing meetings and events;
Responds to facility emergencies and coordinates with staff after hours as needed
