Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance throughout the property.;
Respond to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff in a timely manner.;
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building issues.;
Complete light carpentry repairs, including doors, locks, trim, and furniture.;
Assist with room turns, renovations, and special projects as needed.
