Hiring for a Maintenance Tech in Fredonia, NY
M-F 8:30am – 5pm; pay range $21-$23
Responsibilities- Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with to ensure their needs are met.
- Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames.
- Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.
- Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with the supervisor.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
