The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance and facility operations within a distribution center environment. This role oversees maintenance teams, drives safety and operational performance, manages budgets, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains the reliability of equipment and facility systems. The position is heavily focused on preventative and predictive maintenance, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. This is a day‑shift leadership role that requires 24/7 on‑call support based on site needs.
Must-HaveQualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience
- Experience managing maintenance teams
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance
- Experience supporting conveyor systems
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with robotic systems
- Experience in distribution centers, warehouses, or manufacturing facilities
- Experience tracking maintenance metrics and KPIs
