Blue Castle Agency is seeking a Maintenance Manager for one of its flagship apartment communities. The ideal candidate is a proven leader skilled in all areas of general maintenance and capable of performing physical maintenance operations on site.
You will lead the onsite team, conduct preventive maintenance, manage vendors, oversee turnovers and coordinate capital projects while helping to create and monitor the property budget.
