Bozzuto is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager in Boston to lead maintenance operations across our residential communities. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, manage make-ready turnover, and ensure preventative maintenance programs are followed, while maintaining safety and codes.
Candidates should have 5+ years in trades or facilities, HVAC/EPA/NATE cert, OSHA knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to work weekends and on-call.
