About The Role

Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 7LE

Days & hours:
Tuesday & Thursday, 10:00 – 11:00 am

Hourly rate: £12.71

• Dedicate time on site to meet the needs of Atlas’ clients.
• Receive induction and training within the first week of the contract.
• Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into the appropriate waste & recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards and comply with Atlas’ safety procedures.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Excited about making a difference and passionate about cleaning.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Local to the area.
• Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication with the public and management.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK (evidence must be presented at interview).
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Clean‑ing experience preferred but not required; we can fully train suitable candidates.
