Responsible for completing work requests, maintenance projects, and operational assignments with minimal supervision.;
Escort vendor and ensure compliance with standard operations procedures (SOP).;
Be proficient in the operation of the automation systems (BMS Metasys), and understand the sequences required for proper building operations.;
Responsible for system monitoring and alarm responses.;
On call responsibilities will be required on a rotating basis to cover for any off-hour emergencies.
