Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Care Village at Mattapan in Boston, Massachusetts. As part of our commitment to exceptional clinical care, we are looking for a motivated individual to assist with maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities. • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of patient rooms, common areas, and facilities
• Perform various maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, trash removal, dusting, and sweeping
• Assist with laundry and linen duties as needed
• Help to maintain the overall appearance of our facilities, including painting, repairing, and replacing fixtures and equipment
• Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a safe, clean environment

• No experience necessary, training will be provided
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required
