Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs according to policies and code requirements;
Completes make-ready process for vacant apartments including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, vendor coordination, and final inspections;
Follows procedures to access materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs;
Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning, pressure-washing, painting, and debris removal
