gategroup is seeking a dedicated team member to serve in the Airport Tower for our major airline partner in Boston. You will be the unit's primary representative, coordinating gate changes, aircraft swaps, and delays with dispatch and catering teams.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years in customer service, with at least 1 year of supervising others. Experience in the airline industry is preferred, and a HS diploma is required with an Associate's degree preferred.
