An adult household in Beacon Hill is seeking a meticulous, proactive Housekeeper to manage the day-to-day care of a multi-level residence of approximately 5,000 square feet. This is a cleaning-first role for a candidate who takes genuine pride in a spotless, well-ordered home and who anticipates needs without being asked. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, discreet, and comfortable working independently with minimal direction.

Light cooking ability is a strong plus but secondary to housekeeping.

• Competitive hourly rate of $35–$40 per hour
• 30 guaranteed hours per week
• Consistent weekday schedule with no evenings or weekends

• Administrative support on staff

• Deep and daily cleaning of a multi-level residence as the primary focus of the role
• Maintaining a high standard of organization throughout the home, including detailed closet management and uniform garment presentation
• Full laundry care, including sorting by fabric and care requirements
• Managing dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up
• Maintaining grocery inventory and completing regular grocery shopping
• Light meal preparation as needed, including salads and healthy meals prepared to recipe
• Proactively identifying and addressing household needs without prompting

• Prior professional housekeeping experience in a private residence
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain systems independently
• Clear communication skills in English
• Excellent discretion, professionalism, and understanding of appropriate boundaries in a private home
• Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
