Springhouse - a Human Good community in Boston is seeking a part-time maintenance technician to help keep our buildings safe, comfortable and well-maintained. You’ll be hands-on, addressing repairs and coordinating with outside contractors to ensure operations run smoothly and residents enjoy a high‑quality living environment.
The role requires 4+ years in maintenance or building trades, HVAC or trade certifications is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
