Cambria Hotel – Boston Logan Airport (East Boston, MA)
Overview
Join a dynamic opening team in a historic, fully renovated building with a unique concept. Cambria Boston Logan Airport is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Engineer to support daily hotel operations and ensure a safe, fully functional environment for guests and team members. This is a working role focused on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance across all building systems.
Schedule & Shift- Full‑time, 40 hours per week
- AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Weekend availability required
- Overtime opportunities based on business needs
- Opening team – be part of building the operation from day one

- Perform daily maintenance: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
- Respond to guest room and public area work orders
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems
- Support inspections of rooms, equipment, and building systems
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- 1–3 years maintenance or facilities experience
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)
- Hotel or apartment maintenance experience
- Trade or technical training
- OSHA or safety training
- $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
