The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and a welcoming environment within residential or commercial properties. • Ability to speak, read, and write English to understand instructions and communicate effectively.

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Familiarity with environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices.
• Certification in workplace safety or cleaning protocols.
• Ability to operate specialized cleaning equipment such as floor polishers or carpet cleaners.
• Additional language skills to communicate with diverse teams or clients.

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, carpets, and other surfaces using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents.
• Dust, polish, and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and fittings to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Follow detailed oral and written instructions to complete daily cleaning schedules and special tasks.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with established guidelines.
• Reach overhead and other difficult areas to clean vents, light fixtures, and high surfaces safely.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Perform basic mathematical computations to measure cleaning solutions and track supply usage.
